Due to the volume of complaints we’ve heard about public intoxication along Archer near Karlov, a special CAPS meeting has been arranged at Archer Heights Library on 7/10 at 5PM.
The library MUST CLOSE AT 6, so please arrive at least 10 minutes early.
We’ve heard so much about this issue on Facebook, and we urge each of you to complain to our beat cops, directly and in person, at this special meeting. It would also be incredibly helpful to get some of your neighbors to join you, as we see the most success when a large group lodges a complaint in unison. It’s hard to ignore a big crowd that’s all saying the exact same thing!
